Refund Policy

Products purchased on the website or at BéBéLéLo are new and come with a warranty. In the case of a malfunction, the first step that the customer must do is to communicate directly with the manufacturer to apply the manufacturer's warranty. BéBéLéLo will replace without charge those items that are defective if the manufacturer refuses to provide repairs or replacement. If and only if the first stage is a failure for the client, BéBéLéLo will exchange the defective products if they are returned to the store within 14 days following the date of purchase (or delivery date in the event of a home delivery). The product to be exchanged must be in its original packaging for the exchange to be possible. The product provided by BéBéLéLo in the exchange is a product equivalent to the one exchanged.

You can return an item purchased on www.bebelelo.com to our store when the following conditions are met:

  • Refunds are possible during the 14 days following the date of delivery or sale (depending on if the client bought the product in store)
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all parts (including the user manual)
  • Products must be in their original condition. This implies that products must not be damaged. It also means that products must not have been used.
  • Open packages can only be exchanged for the same product. In the case of an exchange, BéBéLéLo may require an amount to deliver the product exchanged. There are no shipping fees when the customer enters the store to return the product exchanged.

When these conditions are not met, a refund will be granted at the discretion of the store’s manager. Merchandise is refundable, but delivery and service charges are non-refundable. Reimbursement is made in the same manner as the method of payment used to purchase the product.
